Sherlyn joins mile high smokers club Trust Sherlyn Chopra to do something that is outrageous, literally! On a flight to Vizag, Sherlyn asked the cabin crew to request the captain and co-pilot to let her in the cockpit so she could spend some time with them. And her wish was granted. Sherlyn spent some quality time with the captain and co-pilot. "What was more interesting was sitting and smoking high up in the air, in the cockpit," Sherlyn says.
The actress does not wish to name the airline, as she doesn't want to put the crew in trouble. "It was exciting because no one is allowed to smoke there. But I smoked and it was fun. The pilots didn’t mind as they are smokers too. They spoke to me about their job and were excited that I was from the glamour world. They wanted to know more about my kind of guy. I told them I was looking for a billionaire. They laughed and told me that they were mere pilots and nothing more. So I finally told them, 'no money, no honey'," laughs Sherlyn.
Interestingly, her return flight had the same captain and co-pilot. Her journey proved to be even better this time, as the duo gave her company once again. "I handed them CDs of my album on my return flight." Meanwhile she's looking forward to her next album and forthcoming Yash Raj venture with Shahid Kapoor and Rani Mukerji. |
